   If you already have access, upload your documents securely through your personal portal. If not, no worries—just use the guest exchange feature to send your documents. We’ll make sure everything gets linked to the right account.

3. We Do the Hard Work
   We’ll prepare your tax return and reach out if we need anything else from you.

4. Review & Personal Call
   After your return is ready, we’ll give you a call to go over the results, answer any questions, and provide simple tax advice just for you. You can choose a face-to-face meeting via Zoom, Google Meet, or our trusted Ooma phone system when you schedule, and we can share our screen to review things interactively.

5. Easy Electronic Signing
   To save you time, we can obtain all necessary signatures electronically, making the process quick and convenient.

6. Approve & File
   Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll file your return electronically.

7. Flexible Payment Options
   Our low fees can be taken directly out of your tax refund or paid via credit card, Venmo, Cash App, or other methods—everything except Zelle.

8. Get Your Refund
   Refunds typically arrive within 1 to 3 weeks after filing electronically—easy and fast!
